Depositing

Depositing funds into your BDSwiss trading account is a straightforward process. You will need to log in to your Client Portal, select the account you wish to make a deposit to, click on the deposit option and select your preferred method for deposit. You will then follow the instructions to complete all fields that will be outlined to you. It is recommended to complete each new deposit from the Client Portal and not re-use details from previous transfers; always start a new attempt.

* Withdrawals are processed within 24 working hours by BDSwiss. The time required for your funds to reach your account depends on your banks timeframe as well as the method used to withdraw.

* Withdrawals are subject to specific requirements as those are reflected in our Terms and Conditions.

* A fee up to 5% will be incurred if a withdrawal is requested without conducting any trading activity or by conducting insignificant trading activity.

Conditions

In order to protect all parties against fraud, client withdrawals can only be processed if the appropriate KYC documentation has been provided by the client and their account is fully verified.

Withdrawals should be made using the same method used to fund your trading account meaning they must be transferred to the originating deposit method.

Withdrawing

All withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 working hours.

Trading profits can be withdrawn via the methods available to you, or, if your credit card supports OCT, you can withdraw amounts that exceed the sum of your previous deposits (i.e., trading profits). Please note that there are no credit card withdrawal fees for profit withdrawals.

Please note that you may also be charged additional exchange or banking fees by your card provider.
